Registration fee:

€ 1,500.00 for 3 months ( fully refundable on purchases over €500,000.00 )

Finder's fee :- The higher of 1.5 % on full purchase price
or
50% of the negotiated reduction of the advertised sale price.

Continuing search :- €250 per month.
