Firstly you need to complete the registration enquiry data form with your specific requirements. Where possible we like to meet with the client, but failing this have a detailed conversation to ascertain their exact personal likes, dislikes and requirements.

On receipt of your enquiry data form we then search all the real estate agents, current private vendors, local press, developers and builders to match your requirements with what is currently on the market, or is about to come onto the market.

Having searched and located suitable properties, details of these are forwarded to you for your consideration, together with further properties as and when they come onto the market, for a period of three months from date of registration.

If you do not happen to like any of the properties we have found that are currently on the market you can then choose to remain on our search list on a monthly basis.

Once you have short listed some properties it is likely that you will require additional information and more photos at which time we can report back to with advice. Thereafter you will then let us know which properties are of interest and you wish to view.

You will then need to advise us of your intended visit to Portugal with times, dates and properties you wish to view. We can arrange hotels and car hire etc. on your behalf if you need help with this.

We can help with negotiations with the purchase, surveys, building or alteration estimates, recommend lawyers and mortgage lenders if this is required.
